There company is engaged in logistics operation and roadway cargo transport. It was founded as a result of the merger between Luis Simoes Espana and Loalsa in May 2004 with headquarters located in San Fernando de Henares, Spain. The company consists of two distinct but complementary business units: transport and logistics. Within the Transport unit, it operates its roadway cargo transport business from Spain and focuses on Iberian traffic. Supplies complete freight service from and to anywhere on the Iberian Peninsula and offers a daily industrial grouping service from Madrid and Barcelona to Lisbon and Porto, with integrated distribution throughout Portugal. The logistics unit supplies all of its integrated logistics services offering a network of national and local platforms that cover all of Spanish territory.
